Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MultiWorkAgent (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Service

MultiWorkAgent is a hosted web application that lets you manage multiple business workspaces, chat with an AI agent, connect third-party integrations and database connections per business, upload knowledge files for agent context, view execution runs and usage, and optionally subscribe to paid plans billed through Square. Features and limits depend on your plan and server configuration.

Accounts

  • You may register with email and password or, when enabled, sign in with Google.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • The account owner is responsible for team members and activity on the account.

Roles

Owners can manage billing, team, and destructive actions. Operators can use workspace features but not billing checkout. Viewers have read-only access and cannot send agent messages or modify workspace data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate law or third-party terms (including connected integrations).
  • Attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, or disrupt the Service.
  • Upload malware or use the agent to produce unlawful or infringing content.
  • Connect systems or data you are not authorized to use for each business workspace.

AI agent

Agent replies and actions are generated by third-party AI models from your messages, attachments, configured context, and connected integrations. Output may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated, and actions in connected systems may be incorrect or unintended. You are responsible for reviewing agent responses, instructions you give, and outcomes in your business and third-party systems. The Service is designed for the agent to perform work through integrations you connect per business workspace. Integrations and your data

You choose which integrations and databases each business connects. You grant us permission to store and use credentials to provide the Service, including letting the agent act through those connections when you use the agent. You represent that you have the right to connect and process data for each business and that agent actions in those systems are authorized by you or your organization.

Plans, billing, and limits

  • Free tier — limited agent runs per month (default 5; see usage chip in the app).
  • Paid plans — Starter ($499/mo), Pro ($1,199/mo), Max ($2,199/mo), and Enterprise ($4,999/mo) with monthly run quotas as shown on Billing; annual billing offers a 20% discount vs twelve monthly payments when offered.
  • Usage limits include concurrent runs (default 2) and a rolling 24-hour run cap for active subscriptions (default 50).
  • Payments are processed by Square; refunds follow Square and applicable law unless we state otherwise in writing.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, software, and branding. You own your content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data to operate the Service (including AI providers you trigger by using the agent).

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account in Settings (owner). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.
