Licence Agreement

This Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Licensee”) and the operator of MultiWorkAgent (“Licensor”) and applies to your use of the MultiWorkAgent hosted software (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Terms, and your plan limits, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service through the web interface for your internal business operations during your free-tier period or active paid subscription.

What you receive

The Service includes the MultiWorkAgent web application: business workspaces, agent chat, integration and database connection management UI, knowledge file uploads, usage metering, notifications, and related features described in the product at the time of use. Licensor may update features, limits, and UI without notice, consistent with the Terms.

Restrictions

You may not, and may not allow others to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except through normal use in the browser.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or host the Service for third parties as a standalone product without written permission.
• Remove proprietary notices or bypass metering, concurrency limits, or access controls.
• Scrape non-public APIs or use the Service to build a competing product from non-public behavior.

Your data

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. Licensor processes it as described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party systems you connect remain under their own licences and terms.

Open-source components

The Service may include open-source components subject to separate licences. Those licences apply only to the covered components.

Termination

This licence ends when your account is closed, your subscription lapses without free-tier access, or your access is suspended for breach. After termination you must stop using the Service; data handling follows the Privacy Policy and Settings deletion controls.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY LIMITS ARE SET OUT IN THE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
